What we collect

Account data (name, email), your gardens (country, postal code, planting plans), and order records from our payment processor Digistore24 (order ID, amount, status — we never see or store your card details). When you use the free preview, your country and postal code are processed to compute your climate and may be cached so the next lookup is instant.

How we use it

To provide the planting calendar, send account and reminder emails, process access after purchase, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

Digistore24 (payments), Resend (email delivery), Open-Meteo (weather-history data — only coordinates/postal codes are sent, never your identity), and, if enabled, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for measuring ad performance. Climate estimates for locations outside the US are computed from Open-Meteo's archive using the coordinates of your postal code.

Your rights

You can ask us to export or delete your account data at any time via support@whensow.me. Deleting your account removes your gardens and personal data; order records may be retained where tax law requires.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and, if analytics are enabled, analytics cookies. No advertising cookies are set by us directly.
